Job Description:
· Conduct market research to identify leads and clients
· Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
· Set up appointments and find potential clients for Sales Team
· Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
· Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
· Maintains client communication; ensures customer requirements are clearly communicated, to ensure expectations are met
· Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Qualifications:
· Previous Call Center experience (inbound/outbound) or Customer Service experience desirable, but not essential
· Knowledge of solar systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided
· Able to provide support to our sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with our In-Home Sales Representative
· High attention to detail with data accuracy
· Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
· Impeccable communication skills
· Handled Australian Account is a plus!
· Motivated to hit KPIs and earn commissions!
