  • Answer phone when not available, take and pass on messages
  • Work with job management software SimPRO
  • Convert approved quotes into jobs
  • Phone clients and book work in (time and date)
  • Schedule jobs with field staff
  • Manage material and labour costs
  • Produce reports (e.g. Quoted Price Vs Actual Price)
  • General Admin duties


  • At least 1-year experience as General Virtual Assistant
  • SimPRO knowledge or knowledge in similar Trade Job Management (Fergus, ServiceM8, Tradify, Aroflo, Jobber, TradiePad, TradieMate, TradeTrak) is a plus!

  • Day shift Mondays to Fridays
